Method
- Begin by dicing your chicken into bite-size pieces. If you're using ground chicken skip this step.
- In a small bowl mix your gochujang paste, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and brown sugar until fully combined.
- On medium-low add in some oil olive (or whatever you have), and cook your chicken for 2-3 minutes. Add in your sauce and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked through
- Let your chicken cool before assembling!!
- In the meantime grate your carrots, slice your avocado & jalapeno.
- Once your chicken is cooled assemble onto your romaine lettuce leaves and enjoy!
- Combine all your ingredients in a bowl and stir.
