Some Substitutions for Your Perfect Bruschetta With Goat Cheese And Basil

Recipes aren’t one-size-fits-all, so here are some substitutions/suggestions for you to make the perfect recipe!

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage

For this recipe, you’ll store everything separately. Add your baguette to a Ziploc bag and remove all the air. If it starts to harden, give it a dose of water and pop it in the oven for 5 minutes at 350. For your Bruschetta, I would suggest storing it in an air-tight container  and leaving it on the counter. (assuming there is no goat cheese floating in it). This helps preserve the flavour.

Pairing

Naturally, this Bruschetta With Goat Cheese And Basil recipe is good on its own. Looking for a complete meal? Serve this with an easy Italian salad recipe and a classic tomato sauce with gnocchi. Finish off with some lemon gelato and call it a night!

Shelf Live

If you’re going to keep your bruschetta mixture on the counter, you have about 24 hours before it needs to be tossed. You can put it in the fridge to last longer; however, it will 100% change the taste of your bruschetta (it will become kind of bland).
